Should I tell her we have the same ex boyfriend and I had sex with him?

so recently my ex boyfriend(i broke up with him because he was cocky)asked me to find him a girlfriend do to the fact im bisexual and i have good taste of course me and my ex have had sex(only 1 time)i think he asked me to find him a girl to get me mad which it did in my mind i was like what the fuxk go find your own self a girl but instead i stood relaxed and said "okay fine" and i hooked him up with one of my close friends but i didn't tell her that was my ex boyfriend she got to know him...that same day she went out with him and became his girlfriend...about 3 days later she broke up with him and today she said how many people did i sleep with i answered honestly and i said one boys name and i was going to say my ex boyfriend in who was ex boyfriend name but i don't know if i should tell her or if i should stay shut(pssst i can't even hold serects my parents no my whole life like who i had sex with which was 2 people im very open about my sex life and life in general)what should i do ?
