Should I go to the dance?

Ok so at pretty much all of the dances I've been to, I didn't dance. I don't understand why I didn't but I think the major reason is because the people I hang with don't dance either. The next dance I have, should I hang out with the people I know will dance or just not go to the dance at all? I'm really shy and that may have something to do with it so what should I do?

Pinkbees09 agony auntI know but I want to dance now since I haven't danced at a dance in like 3 years. I don't want to just walk around and do nothing the whole time.

violentviolet agony auntI don't really understand the problem. Go, and have fun, whether that means dancing or just hanging out. Just make sure that you enjoy yourself, nothing else matters.
