writes:not to long ago i met a guy and he was everything i wanted,we really understood each other.up until last week i never asked him about his age but i recently did and he told me he was 16 thing is im 20 so i said i needed time to think about us and i really don't know what to do,should i break up with him because of this or should i stay with him because he is really everything i could ask for and i think i love him.HELP!!! actually, it is legal to have a relationship with him if he gets a parent consent. for someone who is 16 can have a relationship with someone who is under 24 with a parent consent. actually, im in a relationship with someone with 6 years diffrence, but my parents wouldnt give their consent, but becasue we were so in love we decided to wait until im 18. so mabye the best solution is to wait.

Although you should wait to have sex with him because it may be illegal, make sure to check your state's law. No you shouldn't break up with him. If you love him, by all means love him. 4 years? Pfft that is nothing! If he was 16 and you were 28 or more, than it may be odd.
