I was seventeen too, so as long as you use protection and are sensible there really isn't anything to worry about :)

 okay, if you are unsure about it you shouldnt have sex as you will only wind up regreting it. trust me!
if you really do feel ready for this then you should remember to take precautions use a condom and go on the pill as your young and dont want to wind up pregnant :)
good luck in your choice, sorry i cant be off much help but you really need to answer this one yourself noone else can tell you if you are ready..

if you do it before your ready you will regret it.
if you do go ahead and have sex make sure you use a condom at the very least! and maybe you should think about going onto the pill aswell. :)
