 If the other brother has no feeling for this girl, and there is no attraction or repulsion there it is ok.Just make sure you dont lose your brother over this girl

 Without knowing to much about the situation here i would say it would be ok if there were no emotional attachments on either side. If you thought it was going to create bad feeling then steer clear, otherwise go for it.
