She is now jealous that he talks to me all the time and never talks to her.

 If your friend is jealous then you cannot do anything...If the guy is really interested in you and you are interested in him then your friend will have to accept the truth...It will be hard for her after all she likes him...You don't be rude with her even if she is rude with you because she will get hurted more and the problem will become worse...By the time goes she will get her mate and she will understand her mistake ...
