Question - (11 March 2013) 1 Answers - (Newest, 11 March 2013)
A male United States age 26-29, anonymous writes:

Dear anybody who is reading,

I'm a high school freshman, and i like this girl that went to my old school with me.

Our story:

I liked her, and eventually asked her out, but didn't really knowher to well, and we ended up breaking up, but we became really good friends. This year she dated two guys, the first didn't work out real well, and they broke up several timbbqes, the second one, i set them up, but he recently broke up with her, because he didnt want tocommit, and i realized that i still have feelings for her.

So she thinks of me as a brotherly figure, but i want to be closer to her, so what should i do? Do i stay as the brother, or try to become more?

Ps, we both talk to each other about our problems, and feel comfortable talking about personal things, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for any answers

llifton agony auntmy suggestion is to subtly drop hints. lightly flirt and touch her and gauge her reation. you should be able to tell by how she interacts and responds to you. i would do this for a little while until i got a better feeling for how she felt.

good luck.
