 This is gonna hurt but you have to hear it, Let me translate for you what she told you , she did not want to see you as there is too much going on in her life, this means that she wants you out of her life as her time is taken up with persuing this new bloke.
Walk away from her with your head held high and put her down to experience, there will be other girls and ones that are far nicer.
Broken hearts mend with time.

 At only 15 you have a whole lot of living to do, and so has she.
I think she's made her feelings clear, so accept her wishes and look for another girl to make you happy.
It will take a while to get over her, but time is a great healer.
Be grateful for her honesty and move on.
