She isn't too worried about becoming pregnant as she thinks the guy she was with didn't come in or near her. Could she still become pregnant??Please Help, I Want The Best For Her. Thanks X

It's possible although if he didn't cum inside her the risk is much lower. While not recommended, I know many men, myself included, who have had unprotected sex and stopped before ejaculation and no pregnancy has resulted. This is not to advise the approach, especially if pregnancy would be a disaster.
The only pregnancy I know of resulting from the withdrawal method was a good friend who, by his own admission, didn't pull out fully in time and ejaculated into his wife somewhat before he pulled his penis out of her vagina. They have a lovely son as a result.
Good luck to your friend.

The sooner she takes it, the more effective it is. Ideally it should be taken in the first 24 hours but is effective up to 3 days after having sex. The chemist will most likely give it to her for free, too.

Yes should could be as precum does contain spearm. Tell her to use protection from now on.

Yep, she could. Just because he didn't ejaculate doesn't mean there wasn't any sperm in the pre-cum. That's why protection should always be used.
