 It could be one of two things, either she is trying to get you going, like tugging at your heart strings to see if she can get a reaction out of you. Or she dumped you and realised that she has made a mistake and the only way she can get it over to you is to flirt. Either way i think you should talk to her and find out for yourself what the reason is. At least this way you will know where you stand and can get back together, or move on if thats the case.
