 During foreplay, the penis can sometimes give out a clear fluid, seminal fluid, which acts as a sort of lubricant for the sex (possibly) about to happen. Seminal fluid can carry sperm in it, which is why condoms and/ or spermicide are so important.
The risk that she will get pregnant is very low, but there still is a risk. If the seminal fluid got into her vagina, and if a sperm managed to travel up the vagina, then yes, she could get pregnant. Wait a few days and take a home testing kit, or have her seek out emergency contraceptive from a clinic. And always wear a condom!

reader, anonymous, writes (24 February 2009): hmmm of course it depends what you mean by touch her vagina if you were having full on sex then yes there is a higher chance than if you say were not actually penetrating her.
very unlikely on the outside, but always a chance...wear a condom or better still stay dressed.... then even less chance.
