Try having loads of foreplay beforehand to make sure you're fully ready then go slow. If its still hurting after you've had sex several times I'd recommend going to a doctor. Sex will hurt when you haven't had it in awhile but it should get better. Good luck.

 could be the guy was hitting your cervix ( sp?) you should just go to the Doctors and just get it checked reguardless, i'm guessing thats what it is but i'm not a medical type doctor person.
