I think you should find someone else to spend the time with, and donate that money for the tickets to charity.
She is your ex...haven't you read other posts on this board about the damage of hooking up with ex's that you may still have feelings for?
If you are trying to get her back, buying her love does not work long term. If you just want to be friends, well, fine, but spending that kind of time and presents on her is not worth it in my opinion...why? Because she is your EX for a reason. Use that time, and take a new girl out.

 Mike, that is so sweet. Anyway, my man did this for me, and it was sooooooooo sweet...... 1) tell her to have the day free on this specific day. 2) leave leading notes.. such as,,, if u have a table by the door... leave a candel lite, with a note saying, go to the oven.. then in the oven have a note saying, go to the microwave... then one saying, look under the key board by the computer... get the idea.. and the when she reaches her last not, say dress ( whatever type of band, classy, or rockish,) and meet me at... and whatever the restuarant's name... at a certain time,, and meet her there with a rose... with is one of the sweetest suprissed ideas out there........ good luck.. :)
