If you want to give him a hand job, but you're not sure, there are plenty of videos on youtube, and you could ask him to guide you at first as well.
When he fingers you, ask him to take it slowly. It could be because you aren't aroused enough and if this is the case then spend a bit more time just kissing.

Q2. It may be hurting you because he is being a bit to rough, i am assuming that you are still a virgin so therefore it could be hurting as you are tense. Also if you are nervous because you dont no what you should be doing this will make your muscles tighten and this will also cause pain, so always try and relax and maybe suggest that he uses some lube on his fingers and go softer so that it doesnt hurt you.
