Could it be that you are not emotionally ready for the encounters every time or the guys you have been having the encounters with are only after satisfying themselves sexually or they do not know what they are doing?
Have you tried to discuss your problem with them?
I know this will not go down well with a guy but if he truly wants you to enjoy the game,then he should make sure you cum before he even does.
