 Firstly, I have to say how I am horrified that a 16-17 year old girl could have such a lacking in sexual education that she would even consider this.
Did your parents teach you nothing about sex, at all? Did you not take sex ed, at least, in school?
There are a thousand Wikipedia websites you can look up to learn about sex and sexuality, your periods, and birth control methods. If no one will educate you properly, it's time you educate yourself.
Now, onto your question.
There is a very, very, -very- slight possibility that you could be pregnant, but it's so close to zero I doubt it's even worth mentioning.
There are certain times of the month in your fertility cycle that gives you a greater chance of becoming pregnant, but the egg requires several thousand sperm to dissolve it's hard outer shell in order to get one sperm inside to fertilize it, and washing his hands probably washed away 99% of them.
Since you are being sexually active, you need to get on some form of birth control as soon as possible. The Depo shot and the birth control pill, when used correctly, are 99.99% effective in preventing unwanted pregnancy.
Remember, if you must have sex, safe sex is the best sex! Use a condom EVERY TIME!!

 Really, really, really doubt it. If he did a good job washing his hands, you should be absolutely fine. The likeliness of you being pregnant is ridiculously slim. But, a home pregnancy test never hurt anybody, so put your mind at ease. Take you ease one step farther - get on birth control, even if you don't intend on having sex. If you're messing with semen, you're taking a risk.

I think it is possible,but very unlikely, if he washed his hands before he "fingered" you. I would definatly write down the date this occured and also please remember that if you sleep with someone this always carries the added stress that you may become pregnant. If you are not ready for this stage in life please consiter birth control for all persons involed. This may save you from alot of heartace in the furter. Protect yourself and stay safe.

To get to the point that is a very difficult way of gettin pregnant, and the odds are with u on this one. Pritty sure ur not pregnant, if ya still nervous/worried go get ya self a cheapo pregnancy test and put ya mind at ease :):)
