writes:I have paranoia. I had a pregnancy scare this year in January but it was jsut a scare. I blame that for this paranoia. I had sex 4 wks ago. He didnt cum in me at all. Wasnt even close. I am on BC as well. I dont expect my period for 4 days. But I am scared. Why am I so scared? I have no signs of being preggo. I got my period 1 or 2 days after sex.

reader, anonymous, writes (22 May 2010): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionThanks - but I did miss the pill once I think the da before cuz I had an unexpected out of town thing and I didnt know I wasnt going to be back till the next day and brigning the pills escaped my thught pattern

 You do not need to be scared. If you are on BC, you shouldn't really expect your period. The pill is pretty effective when taken according to instructions. You can always buy one of those pregnancy tests such as clearblue in order to check.
