Possesive or Protective?

Question - (5 April 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 5 April 2009)
A female United States age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I was wondering if my taurus friend is being somewhat possessive or jealous with me. We used to date but now we're just reallllly great friends. The reason we broke up in the first place was because he's not the type to balance his personal life/business and a relationship. He gets overwhelmed easily. Anyways...we're not dating but as soon as I post some new pictures on myspace, he's one of the first to view them, or even comment. His comments usually say something like "sexy" or somewhere along those lines. He sometimes still calls me "sweetie" or "dear." Of course he denies being possessive or even jealous. When I do mention something like "usually I would've gotten over the guy and moved on." He doesn't say anything. I notice he sometimes asks questions. Maybe he's just curious or he really wants to know what I'm doing. We're not "together" but we still act like a couple in some ways. I don't know if this is him being possessive or protective. Any opinions?

I believe that maybe he is just used to you and your relationship. Either that or he still very much likes you and wants you to realize it on your own.
