A female United Kingdom age 26-29, anonymous writes:

Hey. So me and my ex split around 12 month ago and since then I haven't been the person I used to be. I know this, everyone keeps telling me this and it's because he was so controlling and because he was my first boyfriend I done what ever he said and looking back it was stupid of me.

Since we split I haven't been out with my friends as much as I used too, I find it hard making conversations, I have no self confidence stall and find it really difficult talking to boys.

Please could you give me any advice on how to gain confidence again, start talking to boys more and how to st.art a good conversation again as I am finding it really difficult :( Thankyou x

If you are pretty, then you should let guys do all the stuff and just laugh at their jokes and show excitement.

Otherwise, watch more tv shows and copy them
