writes:I've been with my girlfriend for 4 years but over the last couple of years she seams to have almost completely lost her appetite for sex. I have quite a high sex drive so this is extremely frustrating.A reason for this is that she doesn't seem to be able to have an orgasm during intercourse and I think this affects her confidence a lot as well as making sex much less enjoyable for her. I'd be quite happy to work around the intercourse but she doesn't seem to want to do anything any more.We are very open with each other and she seems to hate the thought of breaking up but this problem is putting a lot of strain on our relationship.Any suggestions?
