One drunken kiss with someone else, and I'm afraid I'll never get my ex back!

My (now ex) girlfriend was having some money problems. All in all it got too much for her. So she moved back in with her parents while I was away, without telling me.

She explained that she needed time apart and that everything was OK. We started seeing each other over the following week (as exes) and things started to get back on track.

I went to a friend's house and ended up momentarily kissing someone else, but I got up and left almost instantly. I was very drunk and did take a few seconds to mull it over, but I left. Turns out the girl bit me (fast mover) and I didn't even know, until my ex pointed it out. I fed her a story about how it was a crazy mate of mine but she got into my phone and another friend had text me saying 'heard you got some lovin' last night'. So I had to tell her the truth.

She's the love of my life and I've been sitting around for days just thinking about it, being destroyed with guilt. I want nothing more in the world to have this girl back, we had our future planned and everything. This is the third time she's left me for no reason then turned around within a couple of days and had me straight back. She gets indecisive and crazy at times, but I know she loves me too. What can I do?!
