 Aw i really wouldn't worry about it. You've got plenty time to start sprouting them yet. If it's the ladies you're worried about then don't. I don't know a single 14 year old girl who lists armpit hair as a requirment for their man. In fact, i don't know a single girl who does that period. Anyway like i said kiddo, it's not something you should be fretting about at the moment. Make the most of your hair-free body. Go swimming with your hairy mates, show 'em how your streamline body is infact superior ;)

 We all develop at different speeds, so don't worry that you don't have hair just yet, it will come.And remember, this isn't sign of being a man or anything like that, its just a natural process that happens, so sit back, enjoy yourself and hey presto! one day, you'll be wishing you didn't have armpit hair :)

 I have a feeling you'll grow hair eventually. Don't you worry. But, to reassure you that you don't look weird, a lot of guys shave their armpits. It looks better, trust me!
