I need help!! Ok, I am 20 yrs old and I have been with my fiance for almost 4 yrs. We had our own mobile home but someone burned it down in august. I found out I was pregnant a couple weeks ago and we are having to live w/his dad for now. I just need help with how to deal with his dad. He is driving me CRAZY!!!! I am a very clean person and I clean continuously and his dad is SOOO disgusting! He only showers once a week and he never washes his hands then he'll touch to food before anyone gets to eat it! It's nasty and he's driving me crazy. I know this is his home but I am unsure how to deal w/this and it bothers me so bad I can't let it go. Might I add his dad is an alcoholic. Any advice would be greatly appriciated!

it not much you can do. did you ever try to talk to him while he is sober. what does your BF

think. maybe you should start seperating his food from yours. this way he does not have to touch your food.

what you need to do is speak to your boyfriend and see if he thinks his father is abit on the ancient side when it comes to being kept. if he doesnt then you have two problems. your bf has to be the person to speak out to his father about being dirty it will always save conflict this way...if you do it you will be the ungrateful brat whos been given a place to stay etc...i was between homes and lived with a woman who pick up dog shit in kitchen roll then pick shit out of her teeth without washing her hands...olds are minging!! your other option is to do what mary poppins did and make cleaning fun lol ;)
