writes:me and my wife have been married for 7yrs this summer and been going out together since we were 16. We have always had a really good sex life and still at the age of 33 we still have sex between 3-5 times a week even though we have 2 kids. One is 17 and spends a lot of time at weekends at her friends house and when she is at home she never really seems bothered about us doing it, the other is only 14 months old. Recently we have been wanting it a lot more but we want to try out some new ways which are exciting but extremely pleasureable. We have always normally stuck to missionary position or side by side but face to face as she doesn't like being on top, i have noticed than when we really get going she tends to draw her legs further up so i can go deeper which makes it better but we want to try some new positions and make it more exciting like when we were teenagers if you get me. Any ideas?

 you can be a bit of an exhibitionist and do it in public places, such as a bathroom, the train or your car in a random, desolate spot. of course, it has to be spontaneous, not planned. you can bring food to bed, subscribe her to cosmo, do it a different time of day, standing up with her wearing heels. india is right, ice cubes are great! good luck!

I realize you do have kids, however, if given the oppurtunity, remember you can have sex in other areas of your home. The shower, the kitchen, the liingroom...maybe even go to a nice hotel for change of scenry. Sometimes just getting out of the bedroom can be a big change in itself.

Nothing is more fun than experimenting and finding out what works. I'll suggest to you a few things, but I do strongly encourage your OWN creativity in the bedroom. It doesn't need to work every time... but try inventing your own positions and foreplay ideas!
Doggy style wasn't mentioned on this list... that's my personal favorite. She's on all fours, and you're in back of her thrusting. It's great, it allows you to get VERY deep inside of her, and she can also reach down and play with herself (another fun thing for her to do).
Maybe you guys should go to an adult toy store together and get some new toys. Vibrators can be a FABULOUS, FABULOUS addition to the bedroom - for her AND for you. Other fun things to spice things up can be: ice cubes (sexy... since the weather is getting hot, it'll be even better!), outfits or costumes (fishnets are always sexy.), and I think the all time essential: SCARVES.
