 You need to tell your (FRIENDS) to keep out of your relationship,it isnt anything to do with them and tell them if they continue to try and ruin this for you then they are no friends of yours.
Tell your mates that they shouldnt worry just because you have got a bf but dont like the fact that they are saying you have cheated. Ask them why they would do that to you,because its not only hurting your bf,its hurting you aswell.
Everybody has the right to pick who they waant to be with and im sorry sweety,the more I read your post the more I see they are not friends to you. I would never say forget your friends just because you have a bf,but I would 100% tell them to get lost.
