My husband doesn't help me financially!

hi my husband doesnt help me financially, im unemployed and its my last year at varsity. we have only 1 child and he pays only for school transport and i pays a school fees, i only survives with a money i get from doing people's hair. when he gets paid i dont get a cent from him and he does the grocery alone he does not want to involve me in anything, when i ask him about my corncens he only tells me to get a job. how do i deal with this as im tired i help him to take care of our son were as i dont work.

olderthandirt agony aunthe sounds like a real winner(tounge in cheek) I suppose you don't have alimony in your neck of the woods? If it was me you'd be getting a stipen for raising "my" child but he sounds like the type that doesn't look at things the way I do. pull the plug and file for divorce and take what ever you can in settlement. I never dreamed I'd be saying that but hey the guy deserves it and you deserve better.

Ironically, you could do better if you divorced him, since he'd have to give you a settlement and child support! Maybe you should tell him that - remind him that you are a married couple and you're supposed to do things together. And, well, if he cant' see that and continue to treat you that way, maybe you should consider whether this marriage is right for you or not.
