I gave him 3 chances in that 6 months we broke up about 3 weeks ago and now he wants me back. while we were broke up he got back with his ex girlfriend. who he has dumped today for me. but im just not sure wat to do my heart is tellin me to go for it but my head is tellin me im a loser and to cop on wat should i do??

 A lot depends on why you broke up with him, and whether any of those reasons have changed in the time you've been apart. If things are still the same, then there's really no reason to expect that it will work any better this time than it did the last time.
One definition of "foolishness" is repeating the same actions over and over under the same circumstances, but expecting a different result. That's just not likely to happen. Unless you have a good reason to believe that something (your attitude, his attitude, some circumstance, or SOMETHING) is different now than it was three weeks ago, getting back with him is just a bad bet.
