 To control it, you have to WANT to control it. You can't have her mother, so you have to understand that and accept it. The #1 reason for lust continuing is believing there is actually a chance. There isn't. Get over it, and focus on your girlfriend and your child.
It doesn't matter how hot she is, she's off limits.

 Stop going over there, and stop staring. For heavens sake, you are gonna make both mother and daughter uncomfortable, and don't think you can hide it. Women are quite good at reading men. We notice. One stare in the wrong direction and you're busted. So unless you want to sleep in the doghouse you need to get your act together fast.
You are lusting. You can control it. You have the control over your eyes, so just stop looking. Her mother is NOT a magician who can control your eyes. You control them. If you feel unable to control yourself simply stop going over there.
On the bright side, your girlfriend is more than likely going to end up looking the same, and probably is very hot as well. Consider her mother a distraction and focus on what really matters in your life.
