 Well first, Dry sex is basically humping eacjother with your clothes on. So it isnt even really sex, its just fooling around and getting to third base. I think that she is trying to get attention. I relly dont think that she and him had sex, I think that she is just saying that because maybe they realy did have dry sex and that is sex to her. I mean she is really young, once she gets older and tries to act like that, people will have no respect towards her and think of her as a girl who is a hoe and sleeps around alot. Just ignore her.
