It sounds like your friend was in a desperate situation and wanted to impress the other boys so gave out your number or showed them a message and they stole your number.
Either get a new number or just ignore any calls from people you don't know.
As for your friend, it depends how angry you are for him giving your number out and possibly lying about you. If you can accept it was a stupid mistake because he's a stupid boy then forget it and move on. If it's really upset you then keep away from him till the truth comes out and he apologises.
