writes:my ex lives with my brother and cousin in gainesville. i was going up their this weekend as it was arranged .he tells me he wants me back but we need time he really dosent want me to go the party that theyre throwing because he dosent want people to know we're taking a break and he dosent want guys to talk to me. it will anger him i dont know what to do. it hurt so bad when he said i dont want you to come, its not a good idea. what can i do?

 I'd go anyway if I were you. Give your boyfriend his space and just have some fun. It really isn't his place to tell you what to do anyway, especially since you are taking a break.

 Sounds more to me like he does not want you to go because he thinks you will see what he is getting up too.
No-one need know you are on a break, so i think thats a pretty pathetic excuse really.
