He didn't show up, your upset hurting and want to know but don't make the mistake of ringing him, yes its going to be hard he will probably expext you to call him and what reply will you expect to get,it will only confirm how your feeling is it worth that,NO, your already hurt so whats the point of him confirming it...?, Do something out of the Norm don't call HIM trust me, if he wants you he will call you trust me,,, PLEASE PLEASE resist calling him, let him do the chasing, when he does call you let him think you recieved a call from one of your girlfriends and you went out, Your a busy girl you haven't got time waiting by the phone nor have you time to ring him and start questioning why he didn't show up, Yes, he should have rang you to explain but men get cold feet so don't do what most of us women do and call let him ring you....
It may take a few weeks maybe days but he will call.......

 If he makes arrangements to meet with you and stands you up, I think that is your answer. He has perhaps thaught about it again, and decided not to go ahead with it.
Perhaps the best thing to do, since you wont know why he stood you up, is to call him and ask what his excuse was. If it was something like a family death or something the like, then you can forgive him and give him another chance. If he says that he "forgot", or made other arrangements with his friends, then tell him not to bother you again.
See what he has to say before you make up your mind. As I say, it could be something he honestly couldnt help! But a phone call would have gone a long way, and would have only taken a few seconds!
