Question - (21 November 2009) 2 Answers - (Newest, 24 November 2009)
A female United Arab Emirates age 26-29, anonymous writes:

Two years ago I dated this guy. I really liked him but we got into a stupid fight and broke up. No one knew about us except for my best friend and his younger brother. Anyway, I recently found that he is very close to my older sister. She doesn't know I dated him and he doesn't know she's my sister. I would be so hurt if they were dating because I never really got over him. What should I do?

Sorry to hear about your problem. I think perhaps you talk with your older sister and let her know about your situation. This may make you feel better rather than holding your feelings on your own. But also think about your sister's feelings for the guy. You already seem to know that his love for you is in the background. Work with your sister in straightening out your feelings.
