My crush found out I was in bed with someone else even though it was innocent!

Well last night i was at my friends house and she had a party and a boy came who i really like and we were ment to be getting together. Then he went at like 2 in the morning, and one of his friends came onto me and i pushed him away and said no! and then i was really tired and i went to my friends bed and then then the boy i really likes bestfriend was in bed with me for like 5 minutes (we didnt do anything!! i wouldnt do that) and the boy i like has just found out. i really like him and now i think ive messed things up, i dont know how to explain to me, someone help:/ x
