writes:i was at a birthday party for my cousin. and my cousin and her boyfriend and their daughter were there with my aunt and uncle. well my cousin's boyfriend and are good friends. well at the party we decided to go hang outside together and talk about stuff. so we went for a walk and we talked and he were walking back towards the house he kissed me i am Like u shouldn't of done that and we walked back inside and went downstairs and he did it again. i told him i wasn't intrested in him and that i had a boyfriend. he kept telling me don't tell her please don't tell her. i am so scared that i am going to lose my boyfriend over his games.

Why would your boyfriend be affected by this. This guy kissed you and you told him to piss off.
Tell your boyfriend he came on to you and then decide together if you should tell your cousin.
The fact he did it twice says to me it was not a mistake but a sign he is falling out of love with your cousin.
Avoid him since he has feelings for you and you seem to not be able to fend off his advances.
