 just go to his house and ask 4 something. time it so that somehow almost everyone in his house is gone so that he answers the door. ask 4 something he would know you would not need. he will know you went over 4 him. if he asks you make it look like "OMG what should I say." if its a Saturday, say u need it for school tomorrow when you know it has NOTHING 2 DO W/ SCHOOL! then just talk and make him want you more. set your phone to timer so that it rings after about 5 min. make it seem like it's 1 of your BFF's and make it sound like she has something REALLY IMPORTANT TO SAY and "tell her you can't talk right now because you're doing something really important. Talk 2 him 4 a while 2 c how it goes. when u'r leaving, tell him u'll c him 2morrow. go c him the next day and just have FUN with him. it will show him u'r fun. do this for a couple days or so and then eventualy ask him out.
This Works 99% of the time! My Best Friend taught me this! It has only failed 1 time and worked out a month later!!!!!!!! Tell me how it goes!

talk to the lad make him see you have got a bubbly and fun personality. or get your mates to talk to him for example his fav colour and you wear it to get his attention. i cant give you alot of advice cause you cant force someone to like you. if you think you have got a chance go for it and tell your cousin to back off cause she might only be doin it to make you jealous. which by the sounds of it is workinn.
