writes:I used to have a crush on my boyfriend's best friend. While my boyfriend and I were in a fight I asked his friend if he'd want to go out with me if my boyfriend and I broke up. He said kinda, but ever since he's always telling me nasty things that aren't true about my boyfriend. My boyfriend knows I asked his friend this and is cool with it, but I've got a feeling he thinks I'm making up lies about his friend saying those things just because he's known him before middle school. What should I do?
