reader, anonymous, writes (10 June 2009): It's at the entrance, like you already said. It's not far up. You can look for it if you like, but you might not find anything. You can be born without one, or it can break by itself, or by doing some kind of sport etc. It can be "perforated" which means it has little holes in it, it can be all sorts of things, or not there at all. Just a tip, don't insult the advice you get before you even get it :)
