A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

it's my birthday tomorrow, and i don't really see my boyfriend a right much anymore after a few complications, we're still the same just not always with each other like we used to be. Anyways, he told me yesterday that i could see him today but then he suddenly changed his mind and said i wasn't.

i was annoyed and confused because if i don't then i won't for a couple of week or so, he kept saying he didn't want to then said he had homework but then i saw his name to say he was on his xbox, so i got in an even worse mood with him and had another go at him, so after this he rang me and said he was going to surprise me with my present and that and just turn up at my house.

i feel so bad for being so frustrated with him and making him tell, we both have our arguments to back ourselves up but now i don't know what to do to make things right. i can tell he's mad with me and also dissapointed but i had my reasons, i know its not the end of the world but its all abit confusing and i just want to know what to do to say i'm sorry?

kellyxxx agony auntdont say you are sorry, you have a right to have been angry as he cancelled plans when you dont see him that much anyway! you're young, play the field abit, dont commit to this lad who obviously isnt that interested anymore (sorry for being blunt) i hope you have a nice birthday, i hope he brings you a good present and if he doesnt then forget all about him and move on, lifes too short for time wasters! x
