 I can understand how you feel. And i'll just tell you what i would do, I would give myself some time there are good people in this world, you'll meet them in time. just take it easy you're young, don't worry just get out there and have fun enjoy your life.

 Its terrible that that happened to you. Try to remember that the new people you meet are not more likely to hurt you because of that past experience. You have every right not to trust the ex bf or that friend but I hope that you can get over it enough to move forward from here.

It takes time... U will feel like this for a while... However, plz don't shut ppl out of your life... let this experience strengthen u... Trying to recover, may be quite difficult and probably painful at the start... I'm sure u're a good person... Time will heal ur wounds, if u allow it too!
