 Insecurity is very difficult to get under control but quite likely there is a root cause for it. Has something happened that triggered your insecurities? Maybe you could benefit with talking them all out with a counsellor. The only way I manage to deal with mine is to breathe in and out slowly and count to fifty whenever I start to panic about something. Hope that helps.
