We disagreed and I said 'I will wear these shoes' and she just answered 'Fine then Enjoy!' really horribly.She does this often!!And it upsets me when she answers me in that way. If it really bothers you that much just look her dead in the eye and say "Can you stop making sarcastic comments, it really pisses me off!" and then leave it like that.
