reader, anonymous, writes (30 October 2008): I understand where your coming from because I too am shy, just start with something small like saying hi then when you feel confident enough introduce yourself ask how he is etc. The important thing to do is to gradually get out of your comfort zone that way you start to feel relaxed talking to him.
