He has dumped you, he has told you he has slept with his female friend, he has said, dont call, so.........dont call, and move on.
I know this sounds harsh, and i'm sorry, but why would you want someone in your life with no compassion, and who treats your feelings with total disregard, your worth more than that, and its time you started loving yourself, instead of him, he is not worthy.

 i am sorry to hear your relationship has ended this way but your ex doesn't sound like he was good enough for you anyway. you should not blame your self for his childish antics as this is not your fault in a way you should consider yourself lucky to be away from someone like that he will probably get bored of this other girl and try and get back with you but you need to walk away you are a good person and he is not worth the air you breath you need to clear him from your life concentrate on other things go out have fun with your friends meet new people and when you least expect it you will meet the perfect man for you that will treat you with the love and respect you deserve .. good luck :D
