 You guys are a tad young to be getting very sexual, but I remember what it's like and you are probably going to start feeling each other up no matter what anyone says here. Given that, a bit of petting (feeling and playing around) is reasonable, but always remember where to DRAW THE LINE. You could begin by loosening your trousers at the belt and see what she does then.
Start learning about sex, especially SAFE sex and how to avoid pregnancy, but better yet, hold off on anything much beyond the kissing and petting (feeling boobs and other parts) for a good while. Remember THE LINE beyond which you will not cross for now. Best wishes.
