 You didn't NEED to have sex, you wanted to have sex. If you were in need of sexual relief and orgasm, you could have masturbated instead. Masturbating is easy and worry-less, you can't get pregnant or catch an STD from masturbating.
Since your boyfriend is probably around your age as well , he has no idea sexually what he's doing...so of course it didn't feel good. You need to take responsibility for your actions and make better choices in the future.
Take the morning after pill, but some condoms, and get on some form of hormonal birth control such as the pill, patch, shot or ring. Use condoms every time you have sex, as you really don't want to catch anything, and hormonal birth conrol does NOT protect you against STDs.

 Just use the morning after pill you can get it over the counter. But you will have to use it soon as the sooner you use it the more effictive it will be.
I would take your scare of being pregnaut as warning and just remember to use protection is the future.
