A female reader, anonymous, writes (14 February 2008):

hi there,

i agree with some of the answers.. i my self am a DD cup and 143 pounds and although mine arnt as large as yours i understand fully. I am also thinking of a reduction and guys who stare even if it is their nature doesnt help the problem, i think that if you are finding them affecting your life then you should consider a reduction. but talk to your doctor and family and friends and if you go through with it talk to the people that have used the same doctor and see if they were happy with their reduction and the way they were treated.

If they are causing you this much uncomfort between guys oggling and staring at them, the back pain you will have and also when you have kids what that is gonna do to them also!!

Don't flaunt them... You will certainly only attract the wrong type of guys as my one of my friends found out!

At the end of the day its your own choice and how you feel about it all... But again please listen to the advice from the others below about goign to legitimate surgeon and speak to others who have had reductions also...

Best of luck with what ever you decide :)

sexi agony auntHi

I think you should flaunt it if you got it. Dont change your self for others, Be happy with your beautiful body that god has given you. Some people would do anything to have bigger boobs, so dont change them. I suugest that you do go to the doctor just to get some insight on health related issues. or my small size my boobs are big but it doesn bother me. Why do you want to spend so much of money to make others happy? Do what you think is right.

Regards, mail me if you wanna talk

A male reader, Sandman United States +, writes (26 September 2007):

Sandman agony auntWell. I know you asked "girls" whether or not you should get a reduction but I do think as a man I can offer some advice on this one.

Although they are large and WILL attract just about every man you come across, they will more than likely give your physical back problems either sooner or later - at which point it will become MANDATORY that you get a reduction. Breasts that large will continue to put pressure on your back and shoulders, pulling you down right along with them (gravity). Pretty soon you'll start to be uncomfortable with them. Plus, with breasts that large it makes it harder to palpate (feel) for lumps in the breasts when performing the self breast exam (it's also harder for some physicians to feel if the tumor is deep inside the breast tissue). Just something else to think about.

You can get a reduction and still keep them fairly large as to attract attention if that's your desire. A woman your size with maybe a size D cup will definitely attract attention. Consult your physician, you might be able to get it done free!! :)

Hope this helps.

A male reader, rcn United States +, writes (26 September 2007):

rcn agony auntI think you should take a picture of them, send it to Hollywood to the tabloids, and have them put REAL under the picture. I bet you'd make a lot of women jealous who spent thousands to get their that size. lol

It can work for you, and against you. For you in the way that if you meet a guy, and he looks into your eyes, without diverting to your chest, he would be a good one to go with.

Against you: back problems, leg problems. That much weight can cause considerable pain down the road.

Your choices: Attention, not knowing who's genuine and who's in it for your breasts, or health.

A female reader, masquerade711 Canada +, writes (26 September 2007):

masquerade711 agony auntI can somewhat sympathize...I'm only a C cup and sometimes by breasts feel way too big for me! It all comes down to how comfortable you feel. If you don't like the reaction that you get from people, that could be one reason to consider a reduction. If you want to flaunt 'em honey, go right ahead! This is totally a personal choice. However, I don't think you should get a reduction without long, careful thought, consultation with a doctor (obviously), and lots of conversation with the people closest to you. Oh, and by the way, if you do decide to go for a consultation, make sure it's a trusted, legitimate plastic surgeon. :)
