firstly you need to find the root of the problem, why have you been feeling down the last few weeks.

That is where to start, is there any reason for you feeling down, has something triggered this? if so can this be resolved ?

it sounds as if you are spiralling out of control with your eating habits and I am concerned for your health.

Have you anyone close, with whom you can talk to about the things that make you low ?

If there is noone, I suggest you visit your doctor and confide in them, you may need at this time in your life a counsellor, to find the root of how you feel about yourslef.

It is good you recognise you have a problem that is a very positive step, the next step is to seek help, i promise you you will be glad you did.

The cause of this behaviour could come from way back in your childhood it needs to be explored.

Take care, and good luck
