how can the guy know you like him if you dont make a move?
firstly why dont u ask him out or invite him somewhere,
maybe you can have a friends get to together and get to know him more before you decide that you really are that into him?
you will never know if you dont make the move...
and even if things dont work according to plan, the experience will make you wiser.

Or, you can always talk more. Talk about him then you get to know more about him and the kinds of stuff you can then talk about.
