But now I'm starting to think it is pee or maybe something is wrong because it feels like I'm peeing (but that's how its supposed to feel) and it has a yellow tint. But it doesn't hurt to cum and it doesnt smell or anything? I just want to know if its like that for every one? Or if I should be concerned

 I'm exactly the same and it's a pain, but as long as you've been to the toilet before doing anything then you'll know its deffinetly not pee, i don't think it's anything to worry about.

You sound like a perfectly healthy woman. If you're in doubt at all, speak to a doctor. That's the only way to be sure. But I'd say you're perfectly normal.
